Completion almost reached at 50 Quay Street BTR

Essence’s new Brisbane scheme sits in a desirable location. The construction phase has almost wrapped up.

Developer Cedar Pacific and builder Hutchinson Builders are nearing completion at Essence Communities’ 50 Quay Street Build to Rent development in Brisbane, after the scheme was in the process of rising to its final 32-storeys in October last year.

The scheme will comprise studio, one-, two- and three-bed apartments, with an allocation of Affordable Housing for key workers, alongside new amenities, unimpeded views of the Brisbane River and Mt Coot-tha to the North, open plan designs, balconies and terraces, air conditioning and white goods.

Amenities include a rooftop pool and sundeck with river views, gym with 24/7 access, a large cinema/screening room for communal or private use, co-working space, outdoor BBQ facilities, a resident’s lounge, bookable private dining rooms, a reception, dog park and pet washing facilities, wellness spaces, a games room and car parking.

Located next to the Roma Sreet precinct redevelopment and Cross River Rail, 50 Quay Street sits in the heart of Brisbane and is within convenient walking distance to Suncorp Stadium and the many retail amenities nearby, including The Barracks.
