Bluerock Projects has provided a new construction update following earlier progress at the Tuohy Garden Apartments Build to Rent development in the Midland urban renewal precinct.
The developer is advancing rapidly towards the installation of the roof at the 51-unit scheme, with most of the locally sourced timber now in place.
Now, the landmark development is well on its way to becoming Western Australia’s largest timber-frame residential building.
