Weave Living has recently made four new appointments within its newly opened Sydney-based office – William Tait, Brad N., Lachlan Menhinnitt and Simon Quan.
Weave Living’s new colleagues bring years of living sector origination, acquisition, development management, capital markets and investment management experience both domestically in Australia and overseas.
Will joins as Director – Investments, Brad with a dual charge as Senior Vice President – Investments & Capital Markets, and Lachlan as VP – Investments. Will, Brad and Lachlan strengthen Weave’s regional investments and investment management team to a near 30-person strong bench across five offices throughout the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
Furthermore, Simon joins as Vice President – Projects as the firm gears up to commence construction for its first scheme in Sydney’s inner-city Glebe. He becomes the latest addition to Weave’s regional design and projects team that has now collectively delivered over 32 properties successfully.
In 2025, Weave Living announced its latest acquisitions and venture with BGO in Japan, alongside growing its team in Australia.
