Build to Rent operator Nation has reached 100% occupancy at its second major Build to Rent development – Mason & Main – signalling growing renter demand for long-term, service-led living. The scheme first opened in May 2025.

The milestone follows the success of Nation’s first Build to Rent scheme, Charlie Parker in Parramatta, which also reached full occupancy last year. Together, the two developments now provide over 550 professionally operated rental homes across Western Sydney.
