UniLodge Living Group, which encompasses Build to Rent operator Essence Communities, has appointed Maria Salazar as Area General Manager for NSW and ACT BTR in Canberra.
Maria has spent nearly three years in contracting, specialising in Build to Rent operations, GM onboarding, building openings, team training, and, on occasion, stepping in as Acting GM.

In June, developer Cedar Pacific and builder Hutchinson Builders were nearing completion at Essence Communities’ 50 Quay Street Build to Rent development in Brisbane, after the scheme was in the process of rising to its final 32-storeys in October last year.
