Urbis has appointed Susan MacDonald as a Non-Executive Director and Victorian Regional Director Matthew Cleary as an Executive Director to its Board.
Susan’s distinguished executive career includes over thirty years of experience across retail property investment management, including asset, development and funds management, in Australia and internationally.
Susan has held senior leadership roles with Mirvac, Lendlease, AMP Capital and Galileo Funds Management and is a Non-Executive Director of Cbus Property, QIC and Waypoint REIT, alongside her role as Strategic Advisor to Mainbrace Constructions.
Widely recognised as one of the property industry’s most trusted and respected leaders, Susan brings storied expertise in governance, strategy, investment, organisational leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Matthew brings decades of extensive property and leadership experience gained across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. He has advised on major investment, development, and strategy projects, helping clients unlock value and achieve outstanding commercial and community outcomes.
He also regularly is engaged by Investment Committees and Boards to provide strategy and governance-related advice. Matt said he is looking forward to re-joining the Urbis Board.
