Developer and builder Coronation Property Group celebrates achieving the Outstanding Housing Project category award at the Boomtown! Summit 2024 for its Mason & Main (Stage One) development.
Coronation Property’s Head of Urban Transformations Aras Labutis accepted the award at the Boomtown! Gala Dinner, with the Outstanding Housing Project win acknowledging Mason & Main as having significantly contributed to the sustainable growth of Greater Western Sydney.
Designed by global architects Woods Bagot and landscape architecture by 360 Degrees Landscape Architects, Coronation Property’s Mason & Main scheme is a new mixed-use, five-building precinct in the heart of the revitalised Merrylands CBD.
It comprises 434 Build to Rent apartments in Stage One and 415 Build to Sell apartments in Stage Two.

The scheme also provides a retail and dining precinct, a childcare centre, beauty and health services and the first One Playground gym to open in Western Sydney. Amenities include a home-cinema, resort-style swimming pool, gym, and outdoor dining facilities.
The Boomtown! award is the third major achievement for Coronation Property’s development in 2024.
Mason & Main Stage One was also joint winner of the prestigious UDIA NSW President’s Award, winner of the UDIA Award for Excellence in Mixed Use Development, winner of the 2024 AIB NSW Professional Excellence Award and the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award.
