CBRE win big at 2023 property awards

CBRE has been recognised at the national API Awards as a leader in the property industry for its Living Sectors commitment.

Commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE has secured two wins and a special commendation at the 2023 Australia Property Institute’s Excellence in Property Awards.

The awards program is designed to recognise both individuals and organisations in the public and private sectors who are leading the way in the property industry. A judging panel of distinguished industry leaders critically assess all entries in their individual categories.

CBRE’s Living Sectors Valuation & Advisory Services Team won the prestigious title of Valuation Team of the Year. This award reflects the team’s commitment to achieving best practice in valuation.

CBRE was also acknowledged in the Engagement Award category, receiving the Largest Education Registration Award.

Katrina Lukac also received a special commendation for the Lesley Bennett Women in Property Award. This recognises Katrina’s demonstrated leadership in the property industry and drive to achieve better outcomes for the valuation profession and in particular, women in property.

“Congratulations to the entire Living Sectors team on this amazing recognition and to Katrina for her special commendation. CBRE is leading the way in the Living Sectors and these awards recognise our team’s expertise, professionalism, and ability to deliver for our clients.”

Jarrod Frazer, Pacific Head of Valuation & Advisory Services, CBRE

Since its conception in 2019, the Living Sectors team has a strong reputation for accuracy and professionalism, developed by continually building on success and incrementally improving data and quality management systems.
