Charter Keck Cramer has appointed Amanda Falahey as Director – Advisory and Luke Pilkington as Associate Director – Advisory to its growing national advisory team at its newly established Canberra office, strengthening its capacity to support government, national institutions and private sector clients across the ACT and beyond.
This move represents a deliberate investment in embedding capability where national property decisions are made. As the core of Federal Government and home to major national institutions, Canberra requires advisors who understand its procurement frameworks, probity standards and policy environment.
Amanda will lead the Canberra office. She is a highly regarded ACT-based property advisor with over 20 years’ experience, Amanda has advised Federal and ACT Government agencies, institutional clients and private organisations across commercial, retail and industrial markets.
Her expertise spans transaction management, accommodation strategy, lease negotiation, procurement and portfolio planning, with extensive experience operating within structured government frameworks and delivering rigorous, evidence-based advice.

Joining her is Luke, who is a Canberra-based development and commercial property specialist. He brings strong capability in development feasibility, highest and best use analysis, business case development and commercial modelling.
Luke has worked across government and private sector engagements, providing disciplined, decision-ready advice that supports defensible outcomes in complex environments.
The opening of the new office forms part of the firm’s broader strategy of investing in senior specialist capability across key markets, following the recent establishment of its Sydney advisory team led by Mark Daniel.
