Following the acquisition of a $210m development site at 39–43 Hassall Street, Parramatta, Novus Group announces Rothelowman as the architect to deliver the Novus on Harris Build to Rent project.
The Build to Rent development will deliver a mixed-use precinct with retail and commercial space, in excess of 200 apartments including studios, one, two and three bedroom units.
Architecture and interiors firm Rothelowman wins the Design Excellence Competition to lead both the interior and exterior design, in partnership with town planners Think Planners.

This will be the second acquisition for the Novus Build to Rent Trust in partnership with M&G Real Estate, who committed A$450m to Novus.
Novus on Harris will feature a rooftop consisting of terraces, sundecks, BBQ areas, yoga and picnic lawns, and a private dining and lounge area for residents to enjoy.
Two Parramatta locals – Teribelang-Bunda Artist Geoff Sellman and Designer Simon Alexander Cook – designed the scheme to respect local landscape and biophilia, incorporating materials and hues inspired by the surrounding area and community.

Situated between Hassall Street and Harris Street and fronting Robin Thomas Reserve, Novus on Harris will provide residents with views across the nearby park and Sydney central business district (CBD).
The development application is expected to be submitted before Christmas and construction is set to begin this year.
