Coronation Property partnered with Arts-Matter to host ‘Kick Art’; a sneaker art auction and community celebration at Precinct 75 in St Peters.
Held late last year, the event brought together Sydney’s art community, local residents and creatives for a night of art, music and connection, while raising close to $5,000 in support of Coronation Cares social impact partner Studio A.
The sneaker art auction invited artists to transform donated sneakers into one-of-a-kind artworks, which were auctioned on the night.
The response reflected the strong creative energy that has long defined Precinct 75 and the Inner West more broadly, while demonstrating the power of art to bring people together for a shared purpose.

Studio A is a not-for-profit organisation that provides professional pathways for artists with intellectual disability, creating access to studios, mentorship and paid opportunities.
Through Coronation Cares, funds raised will support Studio A’s programs that connect artists with schools and communities, using creativity as a powerful tool for inclusion and learning.

The Kick Art event builds on Coronation’s collaboration with Arts-Matter at Precinct 75, which honours the site’s industrial and creative heritage while supporting the next chapter of cultural activity as construction progresses.
The precinct has long been home to artists, designers and makers, and Coronation is working to ensure that spirit continues as the site evolves.
Construction is now well underway at Precinct 75, a major mixed-use renewal project that will deliver new Build to Rent homes, operated by Build to Rent operator Nation alongside retail and commercial spaces and activated public areas.
Designed as a connected, walkable neighbourhood, the precinct will bring together adaptive-reuse buildings and new development to create places for living, working and gathering, while retaining the site’s distinctive creative DNA.
