Perth-based Build to Rent and timber-frame apartment specialist Bluerock Projects has received Development Approval (DA) for its Rockingham Build to Rent scheme.
The development will comprise 160 sustainable apartments in the heart of Rockingham town centre. The wider team includes Urbis, Rothelowman, City of Rockingham and Australian Residential Properties.
In August, Bluerock provided a new construction update following earlier progress at the Tuohy Garden Apartments Build to Rent development in the Midland urban renewal precinct.
The developer is advancing rapidly towards the installation of the roof at the 51-unit scheme, with most of the locally sourced timber now in place. The landmark development is well on its way to becoming Western Australia’s largest timber-frame residential building.
Bluerock has experience in construction, design and development, enabling it to provide effective advice to its clients, backed up with years of experience in a broad range of property disciplines.
