A new local rental business, Realm Australia, has entered the Australian residential market with two key apartment offerings. The company’s first Victorian property, Realm Caulfield, is in south-east Melbourne and is in the advanced stages of its development, with completion scheduled for November 2022.
Realm Caulfield will comprise 437 Build to Rent apartments above a shopping precinct and will be known as Caulfield Village. The village will include a full-line Coles and 24 other lifestyle and hospitality specialty stores, and will be 300 metres from Caulfield Station, adjacent to Caulfield Racecourse and less than 15 minutes from Melbourne’s central business district.
Prospective tenants will have a chance to preview and pre-sign at Realm Caulfield from 1 September 2022, prior to its official opening.
Realm Australia’s Brisbane property, Realm Kangaroo Point, opened its doors to tenants in September 2021 and is now fully leased.
Realm Kangaroo Point offers approximately 300 residents a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, and two- and three-bedroom split-level townhouses, all available for secure leasing on flexible terms. It also offers a range of amenities including a pool, sauna, cinema room, private dining room, games room, children’s playroom, gymnasium, BBQ facilities and an entertainment rooftop.
The onsite Resident Experience Team is available seven days a week to attend to tenants’ needs and organise social activities and events.
