UAE-based developer Arada is extending its operations into Australia after opening a new office in Sydney in September.
Now, it is set on delivering four residential developments in the city, with architectural and consulting firm Woods Bagot chosen to lead and deliver the design.
Valued at $1.63bn, Arada’s extended pipeline of developments will aim to contribute towards adressing the housing shortage in Australia’s most populous city.

In partnership with Arada, Woods Bagot has stated that it is focused on creating high-quality neighbourhoods, which will bring much-needed homes and vitality to Sydney.
Each multi-residential precinct aims to deliver diverse housing that cater to the growing needs of the local communities.

Woods Bagot has previously worked with Arada to deliver one of the UAE’s largest urban schemes, the Aljada Development Masterplan in Sharjah. Alijada is a mixed-use precinct that integrates lifestyle, work and entertainment.
Adding over 2,500 homes to the Sydney housing market, sales and construction for Arada’s Australian projects will begin in 2025.
