Developer Coronation Property’s Build to Rent division Nation has won the ‘Best Amenities’ award at the 2026 Australian Apartment Advocacy Awards for Excellence for its Nation Merrylands Build to Rent development.
Nation believes that the award recognises more than a collection of shared spaces. It reflects the way those spaces support daily life, giving residents more room to work, host, move, unwind and connect.
From family movie nights in the cinema and gatherings in the private dining rooms, to time spent in the pool, gym, sauna, co-working spaces and community areas, amenity at Nation Merrylands is designed to be used and enjoyed.

Earlier this month, Coronation’s Precinct 75 Build to Rent development welcomed IGA Local on-site, allowing future residents and the surrounding St Peters community to have access to everyday grocery, deli and convenience retail close to home. In May, global workspace operator IWG and wellness brand One Playground joined the scheme.
