Kiō Investment Management has unveiled its vision for the Lumiēre Build to Rent development on Johnston Street in Fitzroy. Designed by Rothelowman and to be built by Cobild, the scheme will comprise over 240 Build to Rent apartments.
Lumiēre will sit in one of Melbourne’s oldest and most character-filled suburbs; a neighbourhood alive with iconic dining, retail and nightlife that few places can match.
