Build to Rent provider HOME has created the HOME Art Collection. The collection features commissioned and acquired work from Australian and First Nation’s artists that have been displayed in each of its Southbank and Richmond locations.
Most recently, the collection extended to the Docklands development, which also features public artworks at street level on Latrobe Street and Marvel Stadium concourse.
HOME’s award-winning internal design team of Architects and Interior Designers have established the collection as a continuation of its work in creating unique environments for residents and guests to enjoy.
The team has worked alongside long term creative partners including curatorial collaborators Craft and Interior Stylist Ruth Welsby, who tailors furniture choices and styling in common areas and outdoor spaces to embrace HOME’s laid-back luxury aesthetic.
She achieved this through the thoughtful layering of materials, such as velvets, to boucle, leather, timber, stone, and brushed metal paired with sculptural shapes and bold stripes and checks.
The feature artists in the collection include:
- Meagan Streader, Drez, Marta Figueirdo, Zaachariaha Fielding at Home Docklands.
- Jennifer Conroy at Home Southbank.
- Ash Keating at Home Richmond.
