Property company Hickory has announced the appointment of Michael Kouknas as its new NSW State Manager.
Michael’s expertise across various sectors will be instrumental in driving Hickory’s growth and continued delivery of high-quality projects across the state, such as the iconic Ace Hotel and Bourke & Bowden currently under construction in Alexandria.
Michael joins Hickory from ADCO Constructions, where he was Construction Manager. He has also held roles at TOGA and Built and has contributed over 25 years of service to the construction industry in various capacities and sectors, including residential developments, health and research facilities, commercial, industrial, retail and hospitality.
Alongside this, Michael has worked in senior and executive management roles for developers and contractors.
