Global leader in the investment, development and management of real estate, including rental housing, logistics and life sciences – Greystar – has appointed Michael Joyce, Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Strategy & Research (ISR), to its Global Investment Committee.
Joyce officially joined the Global Investment Committee on 26 August 2024. He joins committee members Bob Faith, Bill Maddux, Derek Ramsey, Wes Fuller, Mary Hager and Tony Dona.
Greystar’s Global Investment Committee is responsible for reviewing and voting on all investment-related activities, including new strategies, initiatives, performance evaluation, and transaction approvals.
The Committee bears these responsibilities as a steward of its partners, recognising the importance of an intellectually diverse committee to approach critical decisions from a variety of viewpoints.
