Coronation named in the HIA Housing 100 report

The country’s top 100 builders – including Coronation - have been ranked in the HIA’s latest report.

Developer Coronation Property has been recognised as one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing builders in the Housing Industry Association (HIA) Housing 100 (2024/25) rankings, with new home commencements seeing an 11% growth – a milestone that reflects the scale of Coronation’s pipeline.

This year, Coronation was ranked second in New South Wales for overall building activity, second for the ‘Biggest Mover’ nationally with 161% year-on-year growth, third for ‘Apartment Builder in Australia’, and ninth for ‘Builder in Australia overall’.

Coronation have declared that breaking into the national Top Ten is an ‘important moment’ for the business. It validates the momentum it has built, the strength of its model, and the confidence its partners and residents place in the company.

“Growth at this pace doesn’t happen by chance. It comes from focus, grit, and the commitment of our people.

“We are building at scale, but with discipline and quality at the core. These results are proof that we can deliver homes and communities Sydney needs and do it in a way that sets new standards for the industry.”

Joseph Nahas, Managing Director, Coronation

At a time when housing affordability and supply are critical national issues, recognition in the HIA Housing 100 sets a new standard as Coronation continues to deliver new schemes across Sydney – from Ashbury and Parramatta to St Peters, Chatswood, and Waterloo – the company’s focus remains on building with integrity, quality, and ambition.

Moreover, Coronation and its Build to Rent division Nation recently partnered with Beyond Blue to embed mental health support across its communities. The companies will be launching the first-of-its-kind rollout of the Before Blue program to Coronation’s residents.
