Developer Assemble has announced the appointment of David Allt-Graham as Head of Development.
Carrying over 25 years’ experience in mixed use and high-rise residential development, David has overall knowledge and expertise in construction, development and architecture that he will utilise in his new role at Assemble.
He has worked for property development businesses for his entire professional career, including listed developer Lendleaseand private developers CITTA.
David’s previous role was General Manager, Residential Division at MAB Corporation (MAB), where he has worked since 2008 and was responsible for a ~$2bn development pipeline (900 dwellings currently in construction) and had 11 direct reports.
With a focus on excellent architectural design and place outcomes, David has an extensive list of career accomplishments.
Among these include the Victorian Government’s Public Housing Renewal Program, Box Hill Affordable Housing Project, NewQuay Central, Docklands, Brompton Gasworks in Adelaide, and Commonwealth Games Village (Parkville).
Outside of work, David has been an Advisory Board Member for not-for-profit CHP Women’s Property Initiatives, who are focussed on aiding women and children at risk of homelessness.
He is also Deputy Chair of Urban Renewal/Built Form Committee for the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Victoria.
