The scheme is owned by Aware Real Estate, developed in partnership with global investment manager Barings. Build to Rent operator Essence Project Management has been assigned to project manage the scheme, and as superintendency.
Designed by award-winning architects WMK, the Zetland scheme is aiming for an average NatHERS rating of 7 star. The complex will operate as a single rental facility under a management pool and will be capable of a subsequent strata subdivision.
Apartments
Comprising 135 apartments, the Zetland scheme is a five-level apartment building that focusses on high quality fixtures and finishes throughout each apartment. The development will be held as rental accommodation for eligible Essential Workers employed in industries such as aged care, health care, education, emergency services, police and childcare.
Reaching completion last year, apartments will be available for occupation in late 2024.
