Developer Mirvac has partnered with wellness group TotalFusion. Together, they will focus on delivering an elevated wellness experience at the LIV Aston Build to Rent development.
As part of the collaboration, TotalFusion will establish a luxury health and wellness club within LIV Aston, open to both residents and the wider public.
The club will feature state-of-the-art fitness and recovery facilities, reflecting a shared vision to integrate health, sustainability, and community into everyday living.
While starting at LIV Aston, the partnership has the potential to expand across Mirvac’s wider LIV portfolio.
Mirvac’s General Manager – Portfolio Management stated that the partnership with TotalFusion is a strategic decision to broaden North Wharf’s offering and appeal as a precinct, alongside building on the success of the residents-only gym at LIV Aston, which has been well utilised in the community’s first 12 months of operation.

The facility will feature infrared saunas, hot and cold plunge pools, and advanced biohacking solutions including Cryotherapy and Red-Light Therapy.
Fitness amenities include a premium gym floor and 5 group fitness studios including Reformer Pilates and Functional Training, all complemented by luxurious member change facilities, a health-focused cafe, and coworking for the ultimate lifestyle of health and wellness.
