Essence Project Management has completed its FF&E installation at Goldfields’ The Raleigh Build to Rent development in Windsor, delivered in collaboration with The Global Living Company Australia.
The Essence team successfully managed the FF&E fit out across 104 apartments. Overall, The Raleigh will comprise 348 apartments.
Goldfields Group recently held a stakeholder celebration at the scheme, which is its first Build to Rent development within The Keys by Goldfields Build to Rent collection.
