Union Quarter BTR officially tops out

The Melbourne-based Union Quarter development delivered by Suleman Group has reached the topping out milestone.

Developer Suleman Group recently celebrated the topping out of its latest 332-apartment Union Quarter Build to Rent development in Melbourne.

Hickory has worked alongside Development Manager HLA Group and Suleman Group to deliver the transformative project.

Suleman Group’s Union Quarter joins the activity centre and community hub in Spotswood, offering a range of retail and Build to Rent tenancies.

The development will contain one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes.

Alongside Build to Rent homes, the scheme will also include a Woolworths supermarket, Dan Murphy’s liquor outlet, a range of shops and eateries, a health and wellbeing centre and a pharmacy.

Situated less than 7km from the CBD and nearby the idyllic Williamstown beach, Union Quarter provides easy access to public transport and freeways.

The journey of Union Quarter stands as a testament to Hickory’s focus on ‘Thinking Customer’.

The development is set to open mid this year.
