Construction firm Roberts Co has been appointed by Build to Rent manager HOME to deliver the HOME Parramatta Build to Rent development.
The 47-level tower comprises 428 homes. Amenities including a pool, spa, gym, multi-function room, private dining area, kitchen and lounge, massage room, communal laundry, TV room, work hub, sky terraces, sky lounges and landscaped areas.
The first two levels will feature retail spaces, with office spaces on levels three to six.
Designed by Stanisic Architects and DKO Architecture, the iconic HOME Parramatta tower will be the ‘crown jewel on the eastern edge’ of Parramatta’s CBD.
The appointment of Roberts Co reinforces the firm’s dedication to building quality developments across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, bringing the tally of Build to Rent apartments currently being delivered to over 1,100 nationally.
