Retail leasing consultancy Retail Property Results announced that it is proud to have been exclusively appointed to lease Greystar’s $500m South Melbourne Build to Rent development.
Located 2km from the CBD in Gladstone Street, South Melbourne, Retail Property Results is seeking interest from operators.
The scheme includes a flagship restaurant, cafés, and fitness facilities at the food and beverage precinct, which will provide a focal point for the community and an opportunity to collaborate with Greystar on bringing the offerings into the many activities in the asset – including its planned events and bars.
Anchored by 700 residential apartments and over 4,000m2 of amenity built into the scheme, the development is the one of the most significant Build to Rent offers in the country.
Designed by Scott Carver architects, the development will house up to 1,500 residents and is intended to play a key role in both the regeneration of the precinct and achieving future population growth targets.
With planning already secured, Greystar appointed Icon earlier this year to build the new Build to Rent project, which is located in South Melbourne’s Fisherman’s Bend precinct.
