Coronation starts construction on Precinct 75 BTR

Privately-owned development company Coronation Property starts construction at its landmark Precinct 75 Build to Rent development in Sydney.

Coronation Property has started construction on Precinct 75 – a landmark Build to Rent project in St Peters, 15 minutes away from Sydney’s CBD.

The development will deliver over 200 premium Build to Rent apartments on an industrial site bordering Mary & Edith Streets.

Designed by leading architects, Cox Architecture, the new Precinct 75 mixed-use scheme will also feature 15,000 sqm of retail and commercial space that will pay homage to the historical significance of the site as a ‘makers precinct’, in a sympathetic nod to its industrial past.

Resort-style amenities will offer residents a pool, gym and shared green space, alongside a fully fenced dog park which is also available to the wider to community to enjoy.

Precinct 75 is also close to major universities, hospitals and extensive transport networks including Sydney Airport, and diverse lifestyle precincts.

Build to Rent operator Nation will manage Precinct 75, which is slated for completion by 2027. Nation is projected to operate around 2,000 apartments by 2027.

“Precinct 75’s proximity to essential amenities and major transport networks makes it an ideal location for our latest Build to Rent offering.

“We aim to create vibrant, accessible communities for all Australians through our Build to Rent projects. This project will notably benefit essential workers in nearby hospitals and schools, offering them quality living spaces within easy reach of their workplaces and close to the heart of Sydney.”
