PDG has reached practical completion of its Indi Southbank Build to Rent development at Boyd Village. The scheme, which topped out in February, is being delivered in partnership with Investa, Oxford Properties Group, and the City of Melbourne.
Located at 132 Kavanagh Street, Indi Southbank comprises 434 apartments and approximately 44 affordable apartments. Amenities include co-working spaces, a gym, sauna, pool, BBQ, and pet run and dog wash.
Level 42 of the scheme features a resident sky lounge and private dining rooms overlooking the city and Port Phillip Bay.

Designed by DKO Architecture and built by Hamilton Marino, Indi Southbank is now being handed over to Investa to complete the furniture fit-out and styling, with all the apartments furnished by The Global Living Company, in preparation for leasing.
