Developer, builder and operator Coronation Property Group’s Build to Rent division – Nation – has announced that its Charlie Parker Build to Rent scheme in Parramatta is a finalist in the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence – High Rise Apartments.
UDIA NSW partnered with Urban Property Group for the awards this year, which aim to celebrate the most prestigious schemes and leaders in the urban development industry.
Coronation Property officially opened the Charlie Parker scheme in spring 2024. Designed by internationally acclaimed architects at FJC, the development comprises 123 contemporary apartments.
Amenities include a rooftop pool, wellness facilities, private dining rooms, pet-friendly policies, resident services and dedicated social and co-working spaces.
Nation aims to deliver a ‘connected lifestyle’ powered by the Nation App. With interiors by MCM House, the scheme features curved glass façades.
In March this year, Nation achieved a full 100% lease-up of Charlie Parker, reflecting the demand for professionally managed Build to Rent homes in the city.
