The company is now pleased to have been recognised as one of Australia’s leading community givers in the 2023 STRIVEPHILANTHROPY GivingLarge report. Now in its sixth year, the report provides an annual record of corporate philanthropy in Australia.
This financial year (B4SI verified contributions for FY23), Mirvac’s independently verified community investment spend reached $13.9m, which included almost $800,000 worth of volunteering hours from its staff, a considerable proportion of which came from the company’s annual community day, where nearly 900 staff members delivered 6,650+ volunteer hours across 48 activities.
Mirvac are proud to continue to provide unlimited, fully paid volunteer leave to all its employees, and they also provide matched funding for employee donations.
