Developer, investment manager and property manager Lendlease and QuadReal Property Groups’ Exhibition Place Build to Rent scheme has topped out, marking a major construction milestone for the 37-storey tower in Brisbane’s Bowen Hills.
On completion in 2026, the development will comprise 443 apartments designed to provide residents with flexibility, comfort and convenience in one of Brisbane’s most well-connected precincts.
Located within the Brisbane Showgrounds, Exhibition Place will give residents direct access to one of the city’s premier event destinations at the heart of Brisbane’s future Olympic precinct.
