Chiang Ling Ng, Chief Investment Officer at real estate investment, development and property manager Hines, has been recognised as one of the most influential women in private markets 2023 by the PEI Group.
Now in its third year, the prestigious PEI Group Women of Influence in Private Markets list recognises 60 trailblazing women who work across the sectors of real estate, private equity, private debt, infrastructure and venture capital.
Based in Singapore, Chiang is responsible for expanding Hines’ reach across the Asia Pacific region where it is elevating its real estate footprint and investor outreach.

Having shown dedication to the industry for over 20 years, Chiang has played a significant role in growing the vertically integrated investment management platform of Hines since joining the company in 2021.
41% of more than 4,700 professionals at the company across 30 countries identify themselves as female, and 21% of the global officers.
In 2022, Hines’ co-chief executive officer Laura Hines-Pierce was named in the PERE Women in Private Funds list.
Last year, Hines also announced the acquisitions of its second Build to Rent development located in North Melbourne and its third scheme in South Melbourne, as well as a A$1.5bn partnership with Cadillac Fairview to invest in the Build to Rent sector.
