Build to Rent developer and operator Greystar’s The Gladstone has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Residential Development’ category at the 2026 Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Awards.
The shortlist celebrates developments that make a meaningful contribution to Australia’s residential sector, from design quality and liveability to community, amenity and long-term value.

For The Gladstone, this recognition speaks to the strength of a Build to Rent model shaped around resident experience, urban renewal and connection to place within South Melbourne’s Montague Precinct.
“Congratulations to Greystar (International) and the broader project team on this achievement.”
