National property developer Goldfields has provided a construction progress update for The Raleigh Build to Rent development in Windsor. Works commenced last year.
Construction is well underway and Goldfields has completed the excavation, retention and in-ground services, with commencement of the structure now underway at the $350m, 4,350 sqm scheme. The completion of the raft slab is also expected soon.
The interconnected 15-storey double tower will comprise 348 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a rooftop pool and basketball court, dog park, gym, co-working spaces, cinema room, private dining, bar and lounge areas, and private lobby.
The Raleigh aims to provide residents with a nature-focussed wellbeing experience. Architecturally distinct, the soft sculptural form aims to provide both sanctuary and community.
Located on the corner of Raleigh Street and Punt Road in the heart of Windsor, the development sits between the vibrant precincts of Windsor, Prahran, and St Kilda.
