Integrated property group GEON has appointed Dan Moore as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while Founder Ben Griffin steps into a dedicated Executive Director role to focus on driving the company’s partnerships and future pipeline opportunities.
Dan, who has successfully led the company’s Build to Rent division GEON Living for the past two years, will now take the lead across the broader business.
His focus will centre on operational excellence, financial performance, and the delivery of a growth strategy across all areas of the company.

As CEO, Dan will oversee GEON’s integrated operations, leading the next phase of growth across its retail, commercial, industrial, asset management, property development and residential portfolios.
He will work closely with the leadership team to continue evolving GEON’s end-to-end property platform.

Since founding the company in 2004, Ben has played an active role in expanding the business to over $300m in developed properties and over 100,000 sqm of leased space across Australia’s east coast.
