Following its winning entry in a competitive design process, multi-disciplinary international design firm – FK – has been selected by the competition jury to design the Novus on Victoria Build to Rent development in Chatswood town centre- a core neighbourhood in Sydney’s polycentric future.
Novus applauded the winning FK design for exemplifying the company’s points of difference in the Build to Rent sector.

Novus on Victoria will deliver a diverse mix of Build to Rent apartment types, set above a range of resident amenities and potential retail or hospitality opportunities, designed with a focus on building a vertical community.
The new development will offer food and beverage leasing opportunities on the ground and first floors of the tower’s podium.

The ‘Wellness Level’ is anticipated to feature a pool, spa, gym and flexible fitness spaces, including an outdoor yoga terrace.
The Sky Lounge and Work Club are envisaged to occupy the top level of the building. The Sky Lounge will focus on social interaction, providing a range of lounge and dining spaces for residents. The Work Club will offer residents a convenient amenity space to work from.
