Developer Salta’s Build to Rent business Est Rentals has been awarded Gold at the Australian Design Awards, recognised in the Digital Campaign category by the BETTER FUTURE Awards.
Delivered collaboratively by Salta’s internal teams alongside Savi Communications, this award recognises the strategic and creative work behind bringing the Fitzroy & Co Build to Rent development in Fitzroy North, Melbourne, to market.
The scheme achieved 98% occupancy within just a few months of opening in August 2025. It comprises 94 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus a three-level basement with on-grade parking and storage for residents.
The 1,000 sqm of amenities on the ground floor includes a co-working space, private meeting room, a gym and a separate yoga studio fitted out by equipment provider Technogym.
On level ten there is a resident sky lounge, entertaining kitchen, private cinema room, dining room which can be privately booked for social occasions, a record lounge with an extensive list of vinyl’s and vintage and locally designed furniture hand-selected by interior stylist Emma Elizabeth.
The campaign articulated a clear vision for a new style of rental living, centred on lifestyle and shaped by local connection, convenience and flexibility.
