Cedar Pacific appoints new Director of Capital

The new appointment joins Cedar Pacific at a time when investment in Australia and New Zealand’s living sectors is significantly increasing.

Investment management firm Cedar Pacific has appointed Shauny Bult as Director of Capital.

Shauny brings a great depth of global experience in the living sector having worked across Australia, the UK and Europe, advising on nearly $10bn of Build to Rent and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) transactions.

She was previously Director of Living Capital markets at CBRE in both Sydney and London, where she led institutional transactions across the living sector. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked in debt advisory and residential asset management in the Netherlands and the UK.
