Canvas started operating its first Build to Rent asset in 2022 and has recently achieved a 93% Net Promoter Score (NPS) from its residents. NPS measures the loyalty of a company’s customer base, with a score of 70% considered excellent.
The NPS that Canvas achieved has resulted in high renewal rates, above market rents and residents feeling comfortable to report maintenance items within their apartment and building.
