Architecture firm Cameron Chisholm Nicol has received unanimous approval from the Metro Inner DAP for its new co-living and hotel development on Queen Victoria Street in the City of Fremantle.
The co-living element comprises 119 studio, one-, two- and three -bedroom apartments. Amenities include co-working suites, dining areas, kitchens, a cinema, gym, spa, laundry, living spaces and a roof top terrace.
The hotel component comprises 83 rooms and a roof top bar and terrace. It will further activate the precinct, offering new accommodation that supports local tourism, business travel and the broader Fremantle economy.
