The development arm of the Tyas Family Group – CADRE – has received unanimous planning approval from Yarra City Council for the $48m Swan House Build to Rent development at 439-443 Swan Street in Richmond.
Swan House will deliver 51 apartments across seven storeys, spanning studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, purpose-built for long-term rental tenure. The scheme received council approval reflecting both the genuine housing need it addresses and the care taken in how it was brought forward.
Amenities include a rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen and expansive views across Melbourne’s iconic skyline, alongside a fully equipped gym, sauna and dedicated outdoor yoga spaces. Edible gardens, integrated BBQ areas and generous communal moments have been designed to draw neighbours into easy, everyday connection.
