apt.Residential’s development will be fully electric with an integrated plan to reduce waste generation and landfill during both construction and operation, with the project targeting above benchmark Green Star, WELL and WeIS ratings.
Constructed by Buildcorp, apt.Meadowbank is scheduled to complete at the end of 2026. Retail leasing opportunities at Meadowbank Corner are being managed by Andrew Lazarou at One Retail.
