Investa and Icon have reached practical completion at the Indi Footscray Build to Rent development in Melbourne. Developed by Investa on behalf of Oxford Properties Group, the scheme comprises 702 studio, one-, two-, three-bedroom apartments.
“This has been a team effort in the truest sense. From day one, our focus has been on aligning quickly, building trust, and maintaining momentum through to completion. I’m incredibly proud of how our team has shown up – working closely with Investa and our delivery partners to navigate complexity and keep quality and programme front of mind. It’s a great reflection of what disciplined delivery looks like on the ground.”
Alistair Munro, Director – VIC, ICON
Designed by SJB and built by Icon, amenities include communal indoor and outdoor spaces, gym and wellness areas, games rooms, private dining rooms, indoor cinema, co-working zone, landscaped terraces, a basketball half court, podium lawn and a multi-level residents’ carpark.

“Reaching this milestone reflects the strength and partnership of the project delivery team involved. Our national team worked closely with stakeholders to ensure continuity, maintain program and deliver an outcome for Investa.”
