Icon has secured the ongoing works for the Indi Footscray Build to Rent development, which is Investa’s second Build to Rent scheme in Melbourne under the Indi Living platform.
Icon’s delivery team has been supported by Essence Project Management and SJB Architects.
Being built by Roberts Co, Investa and Oxford Properties Group topped out at Indi Footscray in December 2024. The landmark scheme will deliver 702 apartments across three towers of 19, 16 and eight storeys. Amenities include a gym, co-working hubs, a rooftop basketball court, and a centrally located public piazza with retail.
The Indi Footscray development is fully electric with all common areas powered by 100% renewable electricity. The development has achieved a 7 Star average NatHERS Energy rating and is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings rating.
Located beside Footscray Station, the site boasts direct access to Melbourne’s CBD within 12 minutes, with the scheme reflecting Oxford’s global vision for thriving residential communities.
