Real estate service provider and consultancy Colliers has launched its dedicated national offering platform Colliers Living.
Colliers Living will complement the firm’s residential expertise in project marketing and development sites and will allow it to better respond to emerging client requirements.
The new brand will focus on investment and development opportunities across the Build to Rent, student accommodation, co-living, land lease communities, and specialised accommodation markets.
Head of Living Robert Papaleo will leverage his broad sector knowledge and capital markets experience to lead this strategic initiative alongside Associate Director of Living Capital Markets Jade Grantham.

The launch of Colliers Living comes in response to the living sectors being the preferred investment target in 2025 by 91% of global investors into APAC (ANREV).
