Build to Rent provider HOME has announced that its HOME Richmond Build to Rent development has won the 2024 Best Amenity award category at the Australian Apartment Advocacy (AAA) held in Melbourne last week.
The award recognises HOME Richmond’s high-quality amenities and the positive impact it has had on its resident community. Additionally, HOME Southbank was recognised in another category as a finalist for the 2024 Pioneering Award.
HOME’s Peter Panetta accepted the award on the night on behalf of HOME and GFM.
“We’ve put so much strong design thinking into our amenities spaces – all purposefully designed for a premium rental experience and one that nurtures and brings our resident community together from wellness areas, pool and spa treatment areas, resident lounges, co-working hubs, private dining rooms, outdoor cabanas, entertaining rooftops to integrated retail and food and beverage offerings.”
