QuadReal is launching a partnership with social impact platform Project Destined, which is focused on providing real estate mentorship and education to college students from underserved communities.

Project Destined arranges for students to join real estate professionals and evaluate real-life commercial real estate deals from their communities over three-week rotations.
The experience will end with a pitch competition to industry leaders.

As part of the partnership, QuadReal’s mentors based in New York City will prepare, engage and guide students through real-life scenarios one-on-one, to help them develop a range of skills designed to aid them in launching their careers in commercial real estate.
