Lendlease and QuadReal Property Group have completed the 443-home Exhibition Place Build to Rent development at Brisbane Showgrounds, with residents now moving into the scheme. The 37-storey tower adds 443 homes to the precinct, with access to public transport, employment, dining and entertainment nearby.
Designed by Cottee Parker, Exhibition Place includes a dedicated wellness level with a 25-metre lap pool, outdoor spa, gym, sauna, steam room and cold plunge. Resident amenities also extend to a rooftop lounge, private dining room, home theatre and outdoor BBQ areas overlooking Brisbane.
The development includes co-working facilities, a podcast studio and pet spa, alongside communal spaces designed to support flexible living and working. Exhibition Place is located within Brisbane Showgrounds and close to King Street, as well as Brisbane’s future Games precinct. The fully electric development is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings rating.
Lendlease is the developer and long-term investment manager for Exhibition Place, which has been delivered in partnership with QuadReal. The investment will form part of Lendlease’s growing mandates business.
QuadReal brings experience from over 65,000 multifamily residential units globally, while Lendlease has over 4,600 Build to Rent homes in delivery or under management across Australia and the United States.
