Knight Frank appoints three Advisory team members

Knight Frank has expanded its new national Advisory service line with the new appointments.

Property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Jack Murphy as Manager – Advisory, Jordan Kery as Senior Associate – Advisory and Peter Pontifix as Associate – Advisory.

The trio have all moved to Knight Frank from Big 4 consulting and funds backgrounds, where they have worked on transactions, advisory, strategy and risk.

The announcement follows Knight Frank’s recent inception of the new Advisory service line in Australia, which is headed up by Kelwyn Teo and includes Advisory Precincts, Innovation & Social Infrastructure Lead Lawson Katiza.

They will build on the firm’s capability to deliver tailored advisory services for major projects across Australia.

“We are very excited to have this trio join our team. They will leverage their experience in the real estate sector to work in a dynamic advisory team environment advising on major projects and transactions for Government and private sector.

“With combined financial and commercial backgrounds, their skillsets and capabilities will support the growth of the platform and contribute invaluably to major real estate assignments for our clients.”
